Foundation

Who are we?

The Urointec Foundation arose from the initiative of Pablo Juárez del Dago Anaya and Yasmina Pérez Molina, who, after more than twenty years of friendship, share a common commitment: to help those who need it most.

Throughout their careers they have worked together on international medical projects and both have participated as volunteers in humanitarian missions in Africa.

This shared experience allowed them to see firsthand the scarcity of resources that doctors and patients face every day, and the highly complex conditions in which local hospitals carry out their work.

What do we do?

We bring surgery, technology and knowledge to places with limited access to specialized medical care.

At the Urointec Foundation we work to provide quality urological and surgical care in African countries with limited resources, especially in Cameroon and Mauritania.

Our missions take teams of surgeons, urologists, anesthesiologists, nurses and technicians to African hospitals, where we collaborate with local professionals to care for patients, share knowledge and strengthen hospitals from within.

How to collaborate?

Your support can transform lives.

Every contribution - financial, professional or technical - brings us closer to our goal: that more people in resource-limited settings receive quality surgical and urological care.

Our missions and impact

We are starting a journey that is already underway.

During 2024 and 2025 we have participated with other organizations in medical, surgical and training missions in Africa, an experience that has allowed us to strengthen alliances, learn about the needs on the ground and prepare our future expeditions.

In 2026, the Urointec Foundation will carry out its first own missions in Nouadhibou (Mauritania) and in Dschang (Cameroon), at the Notre Dame de la Santé Hospital.

Transparency

Responsible management and commitment.

At the Urointec Foundation, we believe that transparency is the basis of all sustainable cooperation.

That is why we openly publish how we use the resources we receive and the results we generate with them.
