Who we are

Who are we?

 

The Urointec Foundation arose from the initiative of Pablo Juárez del Dago Anaya and Yasmina Pérez Molina, who, with the support of Urointec and after more than twenty years of friendship, share a common commitment: to help those who need it most.

 

Throughout their careers they have worked together on international medical projects and both have participated as volunteers in humanitarian missions in Africa.

 

This shared experience allowed them to see firsthand the scarcity of resources that doctors and patients face every day, and the highly complex conditions in which local hospitals carry out their work.

The Urointec Foundation was created in 2025 with the aim of transforming experience into action, through the organization of cooperative missions that combine medical excellence, technology and management to bring urology and high-level surgery to places where this care is insufficient or even non-existent.

 

 The Foundation's work promotes the training of local teams, the strengthening of hospital systems and social awareness to mobilize the necessary resources to make quality care possible in resource-limited settings.

Pablo Juarez del Dago Anaya

Dr. Pablo Juárez del Dago Anaya combines a solid training and international experience with a deep vocation for service. A specialist in robotic and laser surgery, he has developed an extensive career with leading European urologists and is currently responsible for the Technology Working Group of the Robotic Urology Section (ERUS) of the European Association of Urology (EAU). His experience in the field and his commitment to a close and quality medicine have made him a reference in the Canary Islands. In the Urointec Foundation he channels that experience to train local teams and bring the best surgical and urological care to communities with very limited resources.

 

 

Yasmina Perez Molina

Yasmina Pérez Molina has more than fifteen years of experience in international communication, developing image projects, visual direction and communication strategy in different contexts and platforms. Her work is distinguished by a sensitive, strategic and positive impact oriented approach.

She has collaborated with Dr. Pablo Juárez del Dago in medical and cooperation projects, leading the communication, visual identity and narrative of various initiatives. From her experience in the international field, she promotes the dissemination and social impact of the missions of the Urointec Foundation, helping the medical work to reach further and connect with more people.
